PrintAnywhere is an online print and delivery service operated by podOS Ltd. podOS acts as the merchant of record for purchases made through the PrintAnywhere site. Printing, fulfilment and related services are performed by Epson and other authorised service providers on behalf of PrintAnywhere.<\/p>
Any access to or use of PrintAnywhere (including all subpages and any other related webpages published by Epson or podOS, are collectively referred to herein as the \u201cSites\u201d) is subject to and constitutes your acceptance of the following terms (these \u201cTerms of Use\u201d):\u00a0<\/p>
1.<\/strong> All rights in the Sites and its products, services, contents, including trademarks, symbols and slogans, text, data, images, audio-visual content, graphics or layout, whether registered or unregistered, are owned either by podOS, Epson or by our third party licensors and are protected by applicable laws.\u00a0<\/p> 2.<\/strong> Unless otherwise expressly specified, you must not:\u00a0<\/p> 2.1.<\/strong> copy, reproduce, adapt, store, transmit to any third party, exploit or otherwise use any item contained on the Sites in any way other than normal web viewing as a user or potential user of PrintAnywhere products or services or as a user of the services as offered by the PrintAnywhere site;\u00a0<\/p> 2.2.<\/strong> remove, hide, modify or otherwise interfere with any copyright and authorship notices;\u00a0<\/p> 2.3.<\/strong> create any hypertext links, or any other links between the Sites and your site or with any third party site without written permission from podOS or Epson;\u00a0<\/p> 2.4.<\/strong> frame, \u201cdeep link\u201d, \u201cpage scrape\u201d, mirror and\/or create a browser or border environment around any of the services, except as expressly permitted by podOS or Epson, in advance and in writing.\u00a0<\/p> 2.5.<\/strong> use any \u201crobot\u201d, \u201cspider\u201d or other automatic device, program, script, algorithm, or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the services (or its data), or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of any of the services to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, data, documents, services or other information through any means not purposely made available through the services;\u00a0<\/p> 2.6.<\/strong> reverse look-up, trace, or seek to trace another user of the services, or otherwise interfere with or violate any other user\u2019s right to privacy or other rights, or harvest or collect personally identifiable information about visitors or users of the services and\/or PrintAnywhere without their express and informed consent;\u00a0<\/p> 2.7.<\/strong> disable, circumvent, bypass or otherwise avoid any measures used to prevent or restrict access to the services, the account of other users, or any other systems or networks connected to the services, by hacking, password mining, or other illegitimate or prohibited means;\u00a0<\/p> 2.8.<\/strong> probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the services or any network connected to the services; disrupt or interfere with the any other user's use of the Sites, or otherwise abuse the Sites, or any services, security, system resources, accounts, servers, or networks connected to or accessible through the Sites or affiliated or linked websites;\u00a0<\/p> 2.9.<\/strong> upload to the services and\/or the Sites (or otherwise use them to design, develop, distribute and\/or otherwise transmit or execute) any virus, worm, Trojan Horse, time bomb, web bug, spyware, malware, or any other computer code, file, or program that may or is intended to damage or hijack the operation of any hardware, software, or telecommunications equipment, or any other actually or potentially harmful, disruptive, or invasive code or component.\u00a0<\/p> 2.10.<\/strong> take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the services or our systems or networks, or otherwise interfere with or disrupt the operation of any of the services.\u00a0<\/p> 3.<\/strong> PrintAnywhere is not responsible for any third-party websites or applications linked to or from the Sites (including advertisers) and we exclude any and all liability for any content, advertising, products, services, advice, data use or any other matter arising out of accessing such sites or applications, including their processing of personal data, which may differ from our policies.\u00a0<\/p> 4.<\/strong> Any personal information provided through the Sites will be collected, processed, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.<\/p> 5.<\/strong> These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which PrintAnywhere operates, and you agree that any dispute or claim related to the Sites will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts, except that podOS and Epson may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or other proprietary interests.<\/p> \u00a06.<\/strong> When using the Sites, third parties, including advertising and analytics providers such as Facebook, may use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to collect or receive information from the Sites and elsewhere on the internet.
