About These Terms<\/strong><\/p> These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of printing services through PrintAnywhere (\"the Service\").<\/p> By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.<\/p> For the purposes of these Terms:<\/p> PrintAnywhere<\/strong> refers to the online document printing service.<\/p><\/li> podOS Limited<\/strong> is the payment processor and merchant responsible for processing transactions.<\/p><\/li> Epson<\/strong> acts as the print fulfilment provider responsible for producing and delivering printed materials.<\/p><\/li> Customer<\/strong>, you and your refer to the individual or organisation placing an order.<\/p><\/li><\/ul> \u00a0<\/strong><\/p> 2. Contracting Party<\/strong><\/p> PrintAnywhere operates on the podOS platform.<\/p> All payments are processed securely via Stripe.<\/p> The contract for the purchase of services is between you and podOS Limited<\/strong>, which acts as the merchant of record for transactions made through the Website.<\/p> Epson acts solely as the print production and fulfilment provider and is not responsible for payment processing, billing disputes, refunds, or chargebacks.<\/p> \u00a0<\/p> 3. Placing an Order<\/strong><\/p> The contract for sale is between the customer and podOS Limited. Epson acts solely as the fulfilment provider responsible for printing and dispatching orders.<\/p> When you submit an order through PrintAnywhere, you confirm that:<\/p> You are at least 18 years old or have authority to enter into a binding agreement.<\/p><\/li> All information provided is accurate and complete.<\/p><\/li> The files uploaded are ready for printing.<\/p><\/li> You have all necessary rights, permissions and licences to reproduce the content submitted.<\/p><\/li><\/ul> Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. PrintAnywhere reserves the right to decline or cancel any order where:<\/p> Payment cannot be authorised.<\/p><\/li> Files cannot be processed.<\/p><\/li> Content breaches our policies.<\/p><\/li> We suspect fraudulent activity.<\/p><\/li> The order contains material which may infringe intellectual property rights.<\/p><\/li><\/ul> \u00a0<\/p> 4. Payments<\/strong><\/p> All payments are securely processed through by podOS.<\/p> Prices shown include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.<\/p> Payment must be received in full before production commences.<\/p> PrintAnywhere reserves the right to amend pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already accepted and paid for.<\/p> 5. Printing Services<\/strong><\/p> PrintAnywhere will print documents based solely on the files supplied by the customer.<\/p> Customers are responsible for:<\/p> Uploading the correct files.<\/p><\/li> Reviewing content before submission.<\/p><\/li> Checking formatting, page orientation and page count.<\/p><\/li> Ensuring images are of suitable quality and resolution.<\/p><\/li><\/ul> PrintAnywhere, podOS and Epson are not responsible for:<\/p> Spelling or grammatical errors.<\/p><\/li> Formatting errors contained within supplied files.<\/p><\/li> Poor image quality within uploaded documents.<\/p><\/li> Missing fonts, embedded content or corrupted files.<\/p><\/li> Errors resulting from customer-supplied artwork or documents.<\/p><\/li><\/ul> For best results, PDF format is recommended.<\/p> 6. Accepted File Formats<\/strong><\/p> We currently accept:<\/p> PDF<\/p><\/li> JPG\/JPEG<\/p><\/li> PNG<\/p> <\/p><\/li><\/ul> Files must not be password protected.<\/p> Compressed or ZIP files may be rejected or cancelled if they cannot be processed.<\/p> \u00a0<\/p> 7. Content Standards<\/strong><\/p> We reserve the right to refuse any order containing material that is:<\/p> We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains content which is:<\/p> Illegal or unlawful.<\/p><\/li> Offensive, abusive, threatening, or harassing.<\/p><\/li> Obscene or discriminatory.<\/p><\/li> Hateful or inflammatory.<\/p><\/li> Defamatory.<\/p><\/li> Fraudulent or misleading.<\/p><\/li> In breach of copyright, trademark, privacy, or other intellectual property rights.<\/p><\/li><\/ul> You warrant that you have all necessary permissions and rights to reproduce the materials submitted.<\/p> \u00a0<\/p> Any order rejected under this clause may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.<\/p> 8. Production Times<\/strong><\/p> Most standard print orders are completed within 60 minutes although production times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.<\/p> Larger, complex or high-volume orders may require additional processing time.<\/p> Where delays occur, reasonable efforts will be made to notify the customer.<\/p> 9. Collection Orders<\/strong><\/p> Delivery Services<\/strong><\/p> PrintAnywhere is a delivery-only service, collection of printed documents is not available.<\/p> Customers must ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. PrintAnywhere shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information supplied by the customer.<\/p> 10. Same Day and Next Day Delivery<\/strong><\/p> Same Day Delivery<\/strong><\/p> Where same-day delivery is offered and selected at checkout, every reasonable effort will be made to deliver on the same day.<\/p> Same-day delivery availability may vary based on:<\/p> Order size<\/p><\/li> Delivery location<\/p><\/li> Time of order<\/p><\/li> Courier availability<\/p><\/li> Operational capacity<\/p><\/li><\/ul> Same-day delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated during checkout.<\/p> Next Day Delivery<\/strong><\/p> For orders placed before the published cut-off time, delivery will generally occur on the next working day.<\/p> Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays may be processed on the next working day.<\/p> Delivery Delays<\/strong><\/p> PrintAnywhere, podOS and Epson shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by:<\/p> Courier service disruptions<\/p><\/li> Severe weather<\/p><\/li> Road closures<\/p><\/li> Industrial action<\/p><\/li> Public holidays<\/p><\/li> Events beyond reasonable control<\/p><\/li><\/ul> Delivery services are available for selected orders.<\/p> Estimated delivery times:<\/p> Next Working Day Delivery for eligible orders placed before the applicable cut-off time.<\/p><\/li> Standard Delivery: 2 to 4 working days.<\/p><\/li><\/ul> Delivery times are estimates only.<\/p> PrintAnywhere shall not be liable for delays caused by:<\/p> Courier services.<\/p><\/li> Severe weather.<\/p><\/li> Industrial action.<\/p><\/li> Public holidays.<\/p><\/li> Circumstances beyond reasonable control.<\/p><\/li><\/ul> Risk in delivered goods passes to the customer once delivery has been completed.<\/p> 9. Refunds and Reprints<\/strong><\/p> Due to the personalised nature of printed documents, orders cannot be cancelled once printing has commenced.<\/p> Where an order has been correctly produced in accordance with the customer's instructions, refunds will not be provided.<\/p> Delays in delivery do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund where the delay is caused by third-party courier services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.<\/p> If printed materials are defective, damaged or materially different from the specifications selected during ordering, customers should notify PrintAnywhere within 24 hours of collection or delivery.<\/p> Following investigation, we may:<\/p> Reprint the order.<\/p><\/li> Partially refund the order.<\/p><\/li> Provide a full refund.<\/p><\/li><\/ul> Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.<\/p> 10. Failed Deliveries<\/strong><\/p> Where a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to:<\/p> Incorrect address details<\/p><\/li> Failure to provide access to premises<\/p><\/li> Failure to receive the delivery<\/p><\/li> Any other customer related issue.<\/p><\/li><\/ul> Additional delivery charges may apply before redelivery can be arranged.<\/p> 11. Refunds and Reprints<\/strong><\/p> Due to the personalised nature of printed documents, orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled once printing has commenced.<\/p> Where an order has been produced in accordance with the customer's instructions, refunds will generally not be available.<\/p> If your order:<\/p> Arrives damaged;<\/p><\/li> Contains a printing defect; or<\/p><\/li> Differs materially from the specifications selected during ordering, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.<\/p><\/li><\/ul> Upon investigation, we may:<\/p> Reprint the order;<\/p><\/li> Offer a partial refund; or<\/p><\/li> Issue a full refund where appropriate.<\/p><\/li><\/ul> Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.<\/p> \u00a0<\/strong><\/p> 11. Data Retention and Confidentiality<\/strong><\/p> Uploaded files are stored only for the purpose of fulfilling your order.<\/p> Digital files will normally be deleted from our systems within 72 hours of order completion.<\/p> Printed materials that remain uncollected will be securely destroyed after 30 days.<\/p> While appropriate safeguards are implemented, customers should avoid submitting highly sensitive documents unless necessary.<\/p> Further information is available in our Privacy Policy.<\/p> 12. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p> You retain ownership of any content you upload.<\/p> By submitting files, you warrant that:<\/p> You own the content; or<\/p><\/li> You have all necessary permissions to authorise reproduction.<\/p><\/li><\/ul> You agree to indemnify PrintAnywhere, podOS and Epson against any claim arising from a breach of this clause.<\/p> 13. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p> To the maximum extent permitted by law:<\/p> Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.<\/p><\/li> We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or business losses.<\/p><\/li> We shall not be liable for loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or anticipated savings.<\/p><\/li> We shall not be responsible for errors contained within customer-supplied files.<\/p><\/li><\/ul> Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.<\/p> 14. Force Majeure<\/p> Neither PrintAnywhere, podOS Limited, nor Epson shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:<\/p> Acts of God.<\/p><\/li> Natural disasters.<\/p><\/li> Fire or flood.<\/p><\/li> Power or telecommunications failures.<\/p><\/li> Industrial disputes.<\/p><\/li> Government actions or restrictions.<\/p><\/li> Pandemic or public health emergencies.<\/p><\/li><\/ul> 15. Governing Law<\/strong><\/p> These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.<\/p> Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.<\/p> Contact Us<\/p> For questions regarding an order, please contact:<\/p> PrintAnywhere Customer Support \u00a0<\/p> \u00a0<\/p> Refunds and Reprints<\/p> Due to the personalised nature of printed documents, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once printing has started. If your order is faulty, damaged, or does not match the specifications you selected, please contact us within 24 hours of collection or delivery. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement print or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.<\/p> Inspection Clause<\/p> We encourage customers to inspect documents upon collection.
