PrintAnywhere wants everyone to be able to upload, order and print their documents online, whatever their ability or the technology they use. This statement applies to printanywhere.uk<\/a> and covers our document upload, print options, checkout and account pages.<\/p> We treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a one-off project. We review the site regularly and fix barriers as we find them.<\/p> We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2<\/a> at Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), explain how to make web content more usable for disabled people.<\/p> printanywhere.uk is partially conformant<\/strong> with WCAG 2.2 AA: most of the site meets the standard, but some parts may not yet fully do so (see Known limitations below).<\/p> Design and build pages with semantic HTML, clear headings and labelled form fields<\/p><\/li> Make all key tasks \u2014 uploading a PDF, choosing A4 or A5, paying \u2014 usable with a keyboard alone<\/p><\/li> Keep text and controls at sufficient colour contrast and let pages zoom to 200% without loss of content<\/p><\/li> Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and icons<\/p><\/li> Write clear error messages that say what went wrong and how to fix it<\/p><\/li> Test new features with automated tools and manual checks, including screen readers, before release<\/p><\/li> Review the site against WCAG 2.2 AA at least once a year<\/p><\/li><\/ul> <\/p> We know some parts of the site may not be fully accessible yet:<\/p> JavaScript required:<\/strong> the site needs JavaScript to run. If it is turned off or blocked, you cannot place an order. Contact us and we can take your order another way.<\/p><\/li> Print previews:<\/strong> previews of your uploaded PDF are images and may not be readable by screen readers. The document itself is printed exactly as uploaded.<\/p><\/li> Your PDFs:<\/strong> we print the files you upload as they are. We cannot make the content of those files accessible.<\/p><\/li> Third-party services:<\/strong> payment and other embedded services are provided by third parties. We choose providers that state a commitment to accessibility, but we do not control their pages.<\/p><\/li><\/ul> We are working to fix issues within our control. If you find a barrier not listed here, please tell us.<\/p> The site is designed to work with the latest two versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on desktop and mobile.
